Lazytown Finally Back in the USA this September!

To all who have not seen it in the magnus thread...the news we have been waiting for is here:

    http://www.lazytown.biz/2011/04/sprout- ... -lazytown/

now the question is...if Sprout channel (which I have never heard of and nobody I know gets), is related to PBS like it mentions, will we get to see it air on there at some point? also will we finally get merchandise again?

excited to find out more! ^___^

Great news. PBS owns Sprout, so there may be a chance down the road for LT to air on free over the air broadcast TV (PBS stations) again like when they first started on local CBS channels Sat. mornings (2004-6?), in full 1080 HD now!!!

      IT'S STEPHER TIME

(edit) Were getting LT Extra as well!! Wonder if PBS/Sprout will cough up some cash to shoot some localized content??

          Ugh. This sucks.

Sprout has no HD channel available. I'm skeptical that LazyTown will be brought to the main PBS stations too.

I was hoping they'd make a deal with main PBS or The Hub :/

So was I at first, but considering the current political climate in the US, I don't entirely trust the stability of PBS. So I'm kind of on the fence about that.

I pretty much have no idea about TV in the US of A but as long as it's back on the air it's a win since it means the possibility of more episodes being produced in the future.
