I get it, Buzz is pointing out that Stingy , although holding a piggy bank (money), is the only one without a smile, thus seeming he's the only sad one in the group.

So, is it that two people whose first language isn't English can understand eachother better than someones whose first language is English and someone whose isn't?
But ehh....no that's not at all what the picture is meant to represent. Just an interpretation of LazyTown characters living in the small mountain town of South Park, Colorado. Nothing more.

Sorry to disappoint lol but I don't usually make art to express myself. That's what words are for. I mostly make art for shitzngiggles.
