I had a hankering for a grilled cheese sandwich last week, but there was no cheese and sandwich bread in my home. Problem solved on Thursday. I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich (and fries) at the West Wing of the Be Our Guest restaurant at Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World (family in town, had a four day vacation). Got to eat my sandwich in a spooky room. It was awesome. :)Life is a journey, time is a river and the door is ajar.

I made myself a gluten-free blueberry mug muffin and two boiled eggs for lunch (I have gizmo I crack and open the eggs into, and I microwave them. I despise boiling and peeling eggs.)Life is a journey, time is a river and the door is ajar.
