I think the reason your video got deleted was because it used copyrighted music (in this case, This is Halloween from The Nightmare Before Christmas)

...probably...but I wonder why so many older clips with the same music are still alive...

Because using it in a million Naruto fanvids is A-OK, but using it to promote a contest is not.
