LOL no, the radiographer wouldn't have let me in the room ;) the (Hospital) headphones were used to communicate to me, you know (click) "how are you?" (click) "don't move" etc, and protect my hearing (it's LOUD in there) the music stopped after about 5 minutes anyway.

No doubt people have all kinds of memories linked to this song, I will always think of it as the song being played through my head phones during my first (and hopefully last) MRI scan.

They let you do the MRI with your headphones? There's magnets in them let alone the other magnetically attracted bits and pieces. Besides that no wonder you didn't like the MRI that's not the kind of song you should be listening to while doing that.
