    Astronomy

Finally got a nice crisp sky for the planet alignments
Left Jupiter, middle Moon and right Venus. Uranus is there
but too dim without optics. In the middle of those Jupiter and Venus.
I stitched two images together from this evening for a semi-panorama.

I'm sure someone has the copyright to it somewhere. Island Visual Arts is a subsidiary of Island Records. Island Records were bought up by Polygram in 1988.
Hence the Polygram logo in the very beginning. Parent company of Polygram is Universal Music Group. They are usually hard arses when it comes to copyright.
Every time I do dives into these companies, I always get this Cthulhu feeling in the back of neck with the amount of pervasive tentacles.
Disney is the ultimate Cthulhu when it comes that.

Anyway, nice tape. When I saw that HIFI logo, brought back so many VCR memories. Be sure to rewind tape is about as foreign as rotary dial phones to the new generations.

You know the Internet Archive has turned out to be a real treasure trove hasn't it.

Narrated by Richard Crenna. He goes way back in acting. Most notable was playing
the part of Rambo's former superior officer in Rambo.

Has one of my favs from the past

    And Earth Revealed.

    Still good stuff for beginners.

I went down a mantis shrimp rabbit hole on YouTube last year. They're one of those creatures that are hard to believe exist, although I guess that goes for a lot of sea creatures. I'll save that for the weekend.
