The borders are clear, the russian federation is part Europian (European Russia, east border is the Ural mountains and in the South it's the border with Kazakhstan) and part Asia. What can I say more.
There are now 8 districts (ten days ago they split one of them) and the central, northwestern, volga, southern and north-caucasian federal district are in Europe.
Putin made the districts, somewhere in 2000.

It's SCIENCE, so it's may be wrong. (geography)
We have Europe,Asia and Eur+asia (where we live ). Right now we haven't any "big nation" and "Eurasiameraustrafricantartica".

Are you new geographic-scientist? Do you found a new country? Do you have a geological-hammer?
