We hate you because you tried for about 700 years to conquer Europe, and now you flood it with immigrants...there's over 6 million of you guys in Germany alone, mostly illegal.

You learned about hygiene from the arabs and the greeks. Before that you were barbaric nomads.

I admit that the east-european culture borowed some good food from you guys (and other turkish and asian nomads too) like Turkish Delight, Baklava, Youghurt, Kebab, Shaorma, Sarmale and probably more, but we also took some nasty habits like "bairam" (cheap party), "peshkesh" (bribes) and others.

We also have Kanal D in Romania...it's sucks as a TV station.

Oh, and we have the word" tembel" in romanian...but it doesen't mean "lazy", it means "dumb, stupid".

I've seen loads of videos, photos and adverts of Turkiye and it looks really beautiful and modern to me. Looks like a great holiday destination.

However, with a really good filming team, you could probably make Somalia look like a good holiday destination, so I'll keep my scepticism.

I guess I won't know until I visit, which I hope to do some day.

But said friend told me a lot about how her mother was mistreated in Saudi because she was a white woman, and whilst I know that's not representative of every Arab, it's my only experience of them. There are good and bad people from everywhere, so it's a shame we end up making generalisations without much experience.

There are good and bad people from everywhere, so it's a shame we end up making generalisations without much experience.
