    Re: Youtube.com

Finally they added the option to change the video thumbnail, well at least for a random number of channels. I'm glad they included me

update: The 'old' homepage can still be viewed here: http://www.youtube.com/index_ajax
    unfortunatelly doesn't work anymore :?
I stopped using the homepage because I got a headache looking at it with all the large video icons and the scrolling.
By the end of the day I search for 'lazytown' + 'uploaded today' and that's it. If someone does not tag lazytown in the video I probably don't see that video.
I start getting used to the new HP design...I think we have to deal with it...anyway if we want to or not[/quote:6b1e0]
Actually I discovered the homepage not so long ago. Before that I just looked at the subscribers video's on the subscriber page, actually I still do that often.

Yes I wanted to write about that but forgot, thanks for reminding me. Youtube is confused about what is actually a subscribtion and what is a friend, and according to them there is too much overlapping so they decided to bring them together. Friends you have now are contacts and you can bring them down one by one to your suscribtions, if you don't want that they remain to be your contacts.
I believe if everyone moves their friends over to their subscribtions, the subscriber total goes up on many channels.

This is one of the best comments in my opinion :

Your inability to grasp the difference between "subscribing" and "friending" speaks volumes. Only a true functionary of Post-Bourgeois corporate enterprise could possibly be so robotic as to fail to grasp that distinction. It is a "human" thing, can you understand that at all?
