Stodghill could get four to eight years in state prison. He is to be sentenced on Feb. 8 by Judge Albert H. Masland.

I've seen people spend more time behind bars for having a bag of weed.

I know it is a start. It is not nearly enough though.It should be in my opinion life without no chance of parole.

I'd actually agree with the 8 year sentence if the States had a better balanced "justice" system like Europe. But if America's gonna put people in prison for decades for stupid shit like smoking some weed then they better string this ****er up!

I'd be happy with 20 years.

Keep in mind that the molestation is not the only charge. He could EASILY be charged with more during his prison sentence or perhaps even before he is sent there.

Maybe it is a little excessive,but I don't think he should be near childern again. I hope he will not get out of prison until the entire sentence is carried out. I do agree 100% that America's needs a better balanced justice system.

Stodghill Pleads Guilty To Child Molestation Cases

Stodghill is scheduled to be sentenced on February 8th, and could get four to eight years in state prison.

Honestly, I don't think therapy works. It provides counsel for someone who has decided to change. It is a crutch that helps them reach their goal. But when the person is unwilling to change, it is fruitless. These are not conversion programs. It requires the individual to rehabilitate himself. The will must be present.
