You are not the only one, friend. The "Chic" groove is alive and well with Princess For Eternity. It almost sounds like Bernard Edwards (RIP) and Nile Rodgers are playing this jam. Máni was definitely channeling the Chic sound when he penned the song. It's one of my favorites LT songs for that reason.

Ah that would have been nifty :)

Yeah, it would have been really handy to never be more than a few apartments away from her (EFC rents out flats near the college where most of the students stay).
However, we live in the digital era, and people are no further than a Facebook message away these days. I'm sure I could get some answers from her regarding the entire dubbing production, and maybe even set up an interview - would it be needed.

I guess I never told you the story of how I was about to be in the same class as the Danish dubber of Stephanie? Well, basically her and I are the exact same age, and we also share some of the same interests (apart from LazyTown of course). She decided to go to The European Film College, a place that I also had in mind. The thing that messed me over (quite literally), was getting a girlfriend, and by that being forced to stay in my hometown, which is in the other part of the country. Of course I first figured out that she was the Danish dubber after I had already started my new education, otherwise I would have gone to the college without any hesitation.

Anyway, it's with a deep feeling of remorse and regret that I have to admit that most of the S3 and S4 songs have forever been ruined for me.
For some reason the Danish dubbers decided to substitute the Danish voice of Stephanie for the latter seasons. And for some reason, they decided that a girl with the absolute worst voice ever had to be the replacement.

Favorite song? Wake Up, the beat certainly is energetic enough for someone to wake up to... for me at least. It might be silly to suggest this, but I plan to use it as an alarm at some point.

It's not as great as it sounds on paper, at least it wasn't for me! I dislike waking up and create a negative association with things that wake me up. Once I made "Wake Up" my alarm, I began to see the seeds of contempt for the song being sewn, so I stopped.

Again, only songs from Season 1 & 2. This seems to be a reoccurring thing.

I have a theory on this..

The people on this site are all in different ages, but the majority of the people on here, are in or above their teens. This would mean that when they grew up, they watched LazyTown season 1, and maybe 2. Songs you hear as a child, have this wonderful effect to stick to your brain. If I say this?, this?, or maybe even this?, what do you think? Best songs ever amIright?
The children growing up with newer seasons, simply aren't old enough to be on forums like this yet. If GetLazy is still a thing in 10 years time, you can be almost certain that people will be arguing how much better Chloe did the role of Stephanie, and there will be hipsters arguing otherwise.

Another theory is, that it was season 1 that went viral. When the hype for LazyTown was at it's peak, season 3 wasn't produced yet, let alone thoughts of there even being a season 4!
That's why Cooking by the Book, and You are a Pirate have so many views. Because they were the pioneering songs for the LazyTown Epidemic, as I love to refer to it as.. ;)
