Saluting would be an unusual thing to do with one's off hand. Is she left-handed? Or do they flip the filmed images for some reason? It looks like other people in the background are also using their left hands which would be odd unless they are all left-handed which itself is unlikely. On the other hand her bracelet is always on her right wrist. Another possibility is that they choreographed it to have everyone salute with their left hand for some reason.
