This is a project still going on with different artists, called "Move For Autism" lead by Nicole Johnson. Julianna was part of it in 2009. Everybody has seen those street graffity photo's like those two

You're possibly right, they both went to the PPAS. You see Nicole a few times in the 'me and my friends ' [4:06] video, at 0:43 for example. She has a blue white striped shirt.
