7 dollars? not a box set then, and maybe not HD eps, they'd charge more if they were surely.
I would say I hope they release a region 2 version, but if they're not HD eps with decent bonus content i'm not bothered.

Oh look, a DVD. Is this 2012 or 2002? This is about as relevant as releasing the soundtrack on cassette tape. It's just more worthless trash merchandise to dilute the market.
