I don't think I've ever seen this one before without this set of effects which is basically impossible to remove. But the clean image is one of the stickers.

Remember the entirety of Season 1 was shot in 2004. Maybe, just maybe that photo was made in 2005 as most Steph promo pics are.

Eek, I’m so excited right now…

but I might of gotten 2 things from eBay

(btw both of the items is not the sticker book since it cost to much in AUS dollars also because I’m not the one paying for it)

Neither did I. It's the only one from that sticker set we don't have. Perhaps it's in one of the LazyTown Magazines too.

Her face/head is definitely season 2. Looks like a different dress as well compared to the season 1 GIF.

Yes I think it is Season 2 Steph, but I think the dress, oddly, is the same. If you ignore the color (it is shooped white due to the effects, imagine it being a darker pink) I think it is identical. I am surprised it fits.
The triangles sticking out around the waist, the sequins, the two-layered look near her....shoulders.

Even in the Season 1 gif though I think that outfit somehow makes her look older and taller than the typical Season 1 Steph.

Looking again there is no puff of gauze where her arms emerge from the dress, but that may be a set of extra pieces and not inherent to the dress. For the nightie the gauze is clearly part of the nightie but for this dress I am not sure.
