You probably couldn't find any info on him because he's Raymond Le Gué. The majority of sites I found him mentioned on are connected to the Netherlands, so my money would be on him being Dutch.
That surprises me, given that his company is called "Les Entreprises Le Gué". Sounds pretty French to me. Perhaps he has dual nationality or something.
