funny, he said he had to kick his injured arm when the biceps was off the bone. Any clue in which episodes could have that be?

Well, he broke his arm in 1995 or 1996 I think yes, but if he is talking about the TV Series, it happened in 2006, when they were filming "Friends Forever".
