LazyTown has selected technology company OK to host and operate the company's digital assets. This is stated in an announcement. OK will also support the transfer of data and other digital assets to Iceland from the UK, where the data had previously been hosted.
"The material contains great cultural value and it is therefore important to bring it to a safe haven. The plan is to use the material in LazyTown's journey to promote children's health and physical activity. I completely trust OK to manage and preserve this important data and the history of LazyTown," says Magnús Scheving.
"We at OK are proud to have the trust of the owners of LazyTown to host and preserve this legacy. We will continue to work on solutions that support further data utilization and strengthen the spread of LazyTown globally," says Gunnar Zoëga, CEO of OK.
