Why I started watching:-
Julianna is so damn cute
Stefan is so damn cool
and Magnus is a legend

Why I still watch:-
The above reasons, plus the songs, the puppets and everything else about the show.

Plus, it's not condescending like most kids' shows.

There is a bit of that in the vids RTGuardian posted in the Stephanie Online Intros 2005 thread in the media section (one per vid, I think), and she doesn't seem to wait long enough -- if the kid had more than a word or two to say, she'd start talking again over the top of them, and most of the questions seemed to require at least a full sentence to answer (like 'what do you do for thanksgiving?').
I suspect canon doesn't have that because there's no fourth wall breaking, which that approach requires. Also, those vids were a Nick Jr. thing, whereas canon is primarily Magnus'.

Something that has been written in somewhere along the line by one of the show's (or possibly book's, or any other officially licensed product's) actual writers, as opposed to fanfiction and the like.

In the context of fiction, the canon of a fictional universe comprises those novels, stories, films, etc. that are considered to be genuine, and those events, characters, settings, etc. that are considered to have inarguable existence within the fictional universe. Usually items that are considered canon come from the original source of the fictional universe while non-canon material comes from adaptations or unofficial items.


Browse more fanfic forums, they use the word more than any other word, including 'the'.
