Tajik - the state language - is a variant of the Persian language. Both Russian and Tajik are written in Cyrillic.
Persian is predominantly spoken in:
Iran: Iranian Persian (officially known as Persian, but referred to as Farsi by locals)
Afghanistan: Dari Persian (officially known as Dari)
Tajikistan: Tajiki Persian (officially known as Tajik)
The people in the first too countries are so able to speak Arabic, so they used that dub probably, or just the English.
So that's why only Russian and Arabic.

I'm not sure. In Iran they used the Arabic way of writing Persian, while in Tajikistan they used the Cyrillic way. It could be a TV channel in Iran (I doubt it's Afghanistan). I'm not familiar with Iran TV stations. I could be just fan made, simple with subtitles.Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. I recall seeing the video on Vimeo. It was published around 2017 or 2018, which was around the time the meme was popular- Translate

They broadcasted LazyTown on TV in the Russian language in Tajikistan. 90% of the population speaks Russian, at various degrees. Same for Kyrgyzstan. It's probably too difficult to make dubs themselves.

On the fandubdb wiki they made a mistake because it said Persian dub, but they did the Arabic dub:

GEM TV is an Iranian group of entertainment satellite channels with its headquarters located in Istanbul, Turkey.
This group also launched various channels in Arabic, Kurdish and Persian to expand its viewers.
It's not an official state TV station with a license to broadcast LazyTown. They broadcast what's available.Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.- Translate

With a simple Google search I found out that the obesity rate in Iran is rising, so they should make subs, a dub or a voice-over.- Translate
