Which one is this?

Early in the episode, Stingy is on his usual "that's mine" streaks and spots Mayor Meanswell's ladder. He takes it (also assuming it's his father's) and we never see him again till later.

Then as Sportacus and Robbiecus are preparing for their race, the Mayor's explaining the rules. As he does so, Stingy appears in the background with the ladder and says "This is mine!" in which Mayor replys "Yes, yes. Of course".

I think my favorite might be from the cursed™ baby troll episode

The part where the kids are freaking out over the troll and Sportacus just comes in like

"It's just a baby troll! It's just a baby troll! It's okay- ...where did you get the troll?"

It's just- the combination of his accent and the way that he delivered the line

As if just seeing trolls eating everything was nothing out of the ordinary
