    Are vegetables defined as Sportscandy?

Hey guys I just came here and I realized something that I don't know.

    Apple is a Sportscandy.
    Orange is a Sportscandy.
    Banana is a Sportscandy.

    All fruits are Sportscandies

And what about vegetables? Are they Sportscandies?

Vegetables are like waaay more healthy than fruits anyway.
When it comes to iron, calcium, and the various sorts of vitamin, the vegetables beat the fruits any day of the week.

To answer your question, Sportacus at least classifies vegetables as sportscandy.
Especially the carrot is a favourite sportscandy of his.
I'm as sneaky as can be. None's sneakier than me.

It depends. there are fruits with more vitamin c than any vegetable, bananas have a lot of potassium, dry fruits give a lot of energy, protein, calcium, magnesium, etc.

I'd say so. As long as they're healthy and don't have a lot of sugar, it's defined as sportscandy.

Re: Are vegetables defined as Sportscandy?

Vegetables are officially sportscandy. The oldest use of the word I can find is from GGiL which defines sportscandy as what Íþróttaálfurinn (Sportacus) calls fruits and vegetables.

I'm sure I've heard Sporty mention "Fruits AND *Wegetables" in most episodes.

Maybe vegetarians should start calling themselves sportscandarians, since it implies that they only eat vegetables.

Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.
