LazyTown Curiosities - Tap Dancing and the Jumping Jacks on DVD

LazyTown Curiosities

It is very likely that the "Tap Dancing" and the "Jumping Jacks" shorts released on the Region 1 DVD, Records Day, are the earliest released recordings of Julianna as Stephanie.

If you will see in the YouTube clips posted below, the green screen technology is a bit sketchy, as you can clearly see a green outline around Sportacus and Stephanie. The biggest thing however, is that they mayor's house, the trees, and the other surroundings match the same models and color palettes as (for lack of a better term) "Shelby Young era" recordings and pictures.

These clips were definately recorded before any episodes we have seen, or anything else featuring Julianna. My guess is late 2003 or early 2004. Cool beans!

The real irony is that the post is all about how old the videos are :hurr:

Here's one for you all:
Remember during SPORTS DAY when that letter got stuck in Robbies vest for a while?
Well, he starts the sentance "Just the right job for my rotten candy faker maker 3000" with no letter in his vest
1.jpg[/attachment:078cf]

and ends it with a letter in his vest!
2.jpg[/attachment:078cf]

Snail mail I think not!
Getur einhver annar verið Glanni ? það bara passar ekki
Stefan Karl Stefansson, það er enginn eins og þú!

Hey, that's some goof up lol. You know, I watched this episode for over 40 times, and I never noticed that...then again it took me a while to understand why Robbie had stamps in his mouth at the beggining of the race (because he had been in the mail box ).
