What are the episodes GLM vs InternetArchive?

I am going to start downloading with a download manager if possible. How do the 24 fps episodes from seasons 3-4 compare in quality (resolution) to the ones on the Internet archive under Truenorth production?

I see that the Internet Archive episodes are less than 1GB and they look noticeably lower resolution than seasons 1-2 on a 1440p monitor. I haven't been able to download an episode here to see it because of bad internet connection but I see the filesize is much much larger.
Are the episodes the highest quality on here in general vs the others on the internet? Also why 24 fps (I am just curious I do not know anything about framerates)

Season 3/4 episodes are highly compressed on the Internet Archive, and not 1080. It also has the faster frame rate which makes the episode shorter.

I forgot to download a season one episode on the Internet Archive. Now I did and noticed that those are from Kidstream USA. Resolution is 1920x1080, but the frame rate is 29.97 (30000/1001) and therefore it has a lot of duplicate frames - 30 frames/second instead of 24 frame/second - so every second it has 6 duplicate frames. Which is better than blended frames though but still useless noise.

The episodes are shot in 23.976 frames/second - or simple to say 24 frames/second. At that frame rate there are no duplicate frames and the speed is original. So every episode should be played on that frame rate when streamed online or played at home on your computer. For television it's something else. Europe uses the 25 and the USA the 29.97 frame rate.

Ok. I did notice the kidstream ones are better than the others on the internet archive but I didn't understand the framerate, thanks for explaining. I want as close to the original as possible and wasn't sure what all the differences were so this helps a lot. I downloaded one of the 24 fps season 3 episodes and it's a huge difference between that and the one on internet archive from season 3.

Hey LazyPooky what were the versions you uploaded for me awhile ago on Mega or whatever it was? When I look in VLC it doesn't show the frame rate.

What is the designation for the ones on GetLazy Media? Are they "Amazon" ? "Kidstream" ? Some other collection?

I had it on my old computer but not this one. VLC told me the FPS of a HEVC ep I downloaded but not the rest of them, figured it was something off with the ep files.

I just installed MediaInfo from your link, thanks, and it says 29.970 FPS. So I guess the 1080p ones Pooky gave me were 29.970. I wonder where these 24 FPS ones came from. Are they any better? What are they called in comparison to these? Mine say Kidstream when I play them.

Yeah it's a nice little tool and convenient too. Just right click the video file
and select the MediaInfo option to pull up the video specs

i was thinking of burning every lazytown episode and song to dvd/blu-ray because they're so impossible to store.

I think you mean burning. Ripping is copying them off of a dvd/bly-ray to something else like a hard drive.
