    LazyTown megamix 2025 project

Every now and then I'm working on something different and that depends on the priority, or without priority what I feel like doing. There are short projects finished within a few days or weeks, and large projects that can take years. The latter is not that interesting.

Last week I started to recreate the LazyTown Megamix I (season 1 & 2) with better quality audio and I included all the instrumentals. That was really fun. It took a few days and it's finished now. So there are two versions: the vocal and instrumental (karaoke) version.
Next project is to recreate the LazyTown Megamix II (season 3 & 4) - which is still unreleased - with the best quality audio, and I'm re-doing some transitions, and I'm including the instrumentals as well.

The reason was that some people wanted to have the instrumental version to create vocal versions in different languages. I was already planning to this recreation so now was the time.

The season 3-4 megamix is a good idea. I made one in 2021. It was.. welll.. hot garbage. I used the episode audio for the season 4 songs.. one day I'll remake it. As for the seasons 1 & 2 megamix, I'm very excited to hear that one with new audio.

This isn't a very short-term project, but I'm writing a script for my season 1 retrospective of LazyTown. I'm hoping to have it (script) finished in 32 days and release the video sometime from August 16-20, 2025.

Then, right after I finish editing that video, I'll go straight to writing a season 2 retrospective and try to get that out September 15-18, 2025.

I'm still have to do or redo the last eight songs and transitions of season 3/4 - it wasn't good enough what I made so I'm redoing the last part. Just finished one transition today and I'm satisfied with the result, which took me a few days adding-removing samples, adjusting, listening to it over and over again, but it was fun creating it.

Still 5 songs to go, slowly. I'm happy with the transitions so far. Round and Round and Boogie Woogie Boo fit well together, to my surprise. Hopefully finishing within a few weeks.

The other project I was working on was that I want to breathe new life into our GetLazy YouTube channel. It's been too long. I have this incredible amount of LazyTown videos which will keep the channel running with new videos every day for at least a few years. If only I had a little bit more time. Who knows, perhaps later this year, when it's more quiet.

I just noticed that I have only two songs left, with We're Number One as the last song.

I'm finishing the last song of the full LazyTown Megamix and I'm still wondering if I haven't missed a song. I've added some of the Latibaer too.
