          But there is one equivalent of it that was used on Russian DVDs.

                            This post is really outdated, but I have a solution to converting the font from WOFF to TTF. I extracted the font and tried this. It should work.

                                  Well, I've done it! I found a woff to ttf converter a while ago, but the font names were all invalid characters, so I found a font renamer and did both of the fonts. Here they are!

                                        Hey thank you! It even has some accents! If for whatever reason you can't use it, I've found that HP Simplified (Bold) looks kind of similar.
