Yes there is a DVD of the movie. It has some extra scenes

LOL what a terrible photoshop. Not only are the cards and other stuff much brighter and sharper than the rest of the pic, but the cards are sticking over the edge of the table, defying gravity.

Don't know about the "photoshop" thing. I believe all of it is quite real.

I agree, it just looks like the contrast has been increased a bit too much or something. The cards aren't over the edge, the table top just has lines running across it.
