I also noticed that the airings now on Cartoonito are all raised a half step in pitch! They previously weren't. Weird.

The first time I heard that raised pitch was in 2008 with the LazyTown Extra episodes. Never thought about the fact that it could be caused because of the frame rate.

I do feel that they are slightly different. Ziggy's singing in the first verse is definitely re-recorded.
That one from Greatest Hits is higher pitched, otherwise they sound the same to me.

Cool! You should research the lazytown boombox. It is really well made with spinning sportacus and stephanie on the speakers.

Series 1 has been taken off netflix now. But I will just buy all the DVDs so it's ok. But now series 2 is on netflix. Cross fingers for series 3!

I think I have seen the Sportacus figure in a Pound shop once. Can't remember which one though, I think it may have been a Poundland.

Yes that would be very nice.

However, always remember to be careful when uploading episodes, make and upload them on a test account first, because Lazytown is very hit and miss with content ID copyright claims.
