I still wonder why they bother even keeping it on the lineup. I mean it's like maybe aired two times on average per month and is aired at two in the morning... I'd like to know if there's some sort of strategic television reasoning for that :icon_question:

It's because kids wake up in the middle of the night to eat, or they have nightmares, and the parents just say eh, let's turn something on. and LazyTown would be on.

Great news!! The show is STILL on the schedule! Meaning the show IS STILL on TV, so it hasn't completely died yet, with Maggi gaining the rights back too.

Thank goodness! I'm glad they put it back on Icelandic television! I wonder if it is because Sportacus owns LazyTown again, as you said up there? I probably won't be recording them, so I hope somebody else does!!
(Also, I find it HILARIOUS that Stingy is in the description, but Ziggy isn't... xD)

IIRC, LazyTown never stopped airing in Iceland. But I think I'm wrong.
Also, why is it that instead of saying Latabaejar, it says Latabae..?

That's quite easy.

The definite article is usually attached at the end of a word, like in all scandinavian languages.
like:
the = -ar

í latabæ = in lazytown
í latabæ-j-ar = in the lazytown

a -j is inserted whenever -e, -æ, -ey are followed by an -a or – u ending.
