Not very well done. I guess it's the official dub in Uzbekistan. Different voices in the voice-over, mentioning the TV channel at the end.

I doubt that's legal.

Actually it may be full episodes. The Cry Dinosaur episode clip has someone male talking for a few frames after the theme song is over.
