Is "One Piece" an anime? I've never heard of it. Are you a fan of it? How did LazyTown manage to come up there? That's neat that they got you into LT. I first became a fan of LazyTown by being bored while watching TV.

Speaking of subtitles, wouldn't it be cool if there were subtitles of the LT Icelandic stage shows? I wonder if anyone would be willing to sub them. The fans on here would love it if it was possible, don't you think?

You're right, One Piece is an anime. I was a fan of the show, but I stopped watching it after about 100 episodes. Too many episodes to watch. I got into LazyTown thanks to one of their XDCC bots that had a file called "Official Pirate Song" or something, and I downloaded it wondering what it was. It turned out to be, "You are a Pirate".

You know, I'm an aspiring subtitle maker thing (what's that position called?). :) If you'll forgive tooting my own horn, you can see my subtitle work here: http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=nindanjoe . Maybe some day everything will be translated. :)

All that's needed is a translator and sylvannas/Razoth is working on that with other folks, eventually.

Oh boy...was One Piece not getting interesting after 100 episodes or something? :? If that's tough, try keeping up with Super Sentai! It's currently on it's 32nd season, and there are about 50 episodes in each one, plus 1 or 2 movies every year! (And then there's Power Rangers in the US too...) But it's a really good show, though. I only REALLY keep up with the most interesting ones, because each season is different - almost like a whole new series every year. They each have different characters, plotlines, outfits, settings, and an overall theme. (*Just a bit of trivia: the girl on my icon next to Stephanie is Koume "Umeko" Kodou - aka: DekaPink from the 28th year in 2004, "Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger", one of my favorites!)

Wow, who would've thought that Pirate song would be so popular? It brought so many people into the fandom, it seems. I was looking on YouTube awhile ago, and found LOTS of fanvids (many anime ones) using that song (and "Cooking by the Book"). Even my anime-obsessed friend knew the song when I started singing it one day! I've got to admit...it's the best pirate song I'VE ever heard!

I'm not sure, but I think subtitling people are called "fansubbers" - or at least that's what they call them on TV-Nihon (the subbing place for Sentai). I don't know if they really have an "official" title, though. I actually did manage to check out your work a while ago (your singalong versions and things of LT songs). I never got a chance to tell you what a good job you do! Keep up the great work! :) And don't feel bad about "tooting your own horn" - if you're good at something, you should be proud of your talent, and tell people! (Just don't get TOO braggy about it, which I'm sure you won't. )

One Piece was pretty good, I just got burned out with all the episodes. Too much One Piece! I stopped watching it after the arc when they were in the clouds. Now there's a hundred more episodes to watch! Those guys work fast. By your recommendation and links, I should watch Super Sentai someday. I was always curious about what it was like. :)

Yeah, that pirate song is very hilarious. I didn't know that a lot of fanvids used the song, that's pretty cool.

Ah, "fansubbers", that makes sense. :) I think I'm quite far away from calling myself that, but maybe some day I'll be as good as they are. Thanks for the compliments and kind words. :)
