If you can grab up Camstudio, it does a kick ars job of video capturing. I've been using it a few weeks now and it's great.

I use similar program at first time, but my PC is old, proxy isn't fast for non-stop playing and video quality more bad, than wmv version (see my 1st episode at youtube which lagging evrey 3sec). So, this is not work.

You mean for downloading or for viewing the clips? If you mean for viewing them, just windows media player. I had redone my Os like a week ago and haven't put all the codecs back on yet so it's just using the standard windows media player codec. For downloading, just my wifi. :)

One of the other users cannot see this entire sub-thread (LazyMedia) for some reason.
Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this? She has to keep asking me to copy & paste the URLs for her, which I don't mind doing but I'm sure it's not as convenient for her.

yo man I ended up downloading all the videos anyways from megaupload but I just wanted to know if there was a way to get past that stupid UK blocking thing on the BBCi player or w/e

I just tried this british proxy it loads the page but now I get the message "content doesn't seem to be working. Try again later." is the content on there 24/7 or just at certain times?

Just copy the link for the actual bbc site given in the OP and click START SERFING. I wasn't taken to the player page but the download page for the extras.

I think I'm going to go use IE because it's telling me I need java turned on to download.
