LazyTown en Vivo - incluye todos los temas del show

Hello! New to the forum, not EXPERTLY versed in LazyTown as a whole but I've always had a soft spot for the music. I'm currently adding the LazyTown discography to Bubblegum Dancer, a site I've been staffed on for quite a while, and in my research I found this:

    https://genius.com/albums/Lazytown/Lazytown-en-vivo

I notice that the same tracklisting here, is also listed as a second disc to "¡Bienvenidos a LazyTown!" on this site's Wiki:

    https://wiki.lazytown.eu/index.php?t...dos_a_LazyTown

Is this a legitimate release? Does anyone have any more information, such as track lengths or booklet scans? From what I can gather, if it's real it would be the soundtrack to an Argentinian stage show. I want to make sure it's legit before adding it to BGD.

Thank you so much for the help, and I may pop in with other questions from time to time, if that's all right!

I have actually never heard 'Lazytown el vivo' mentioned before i saw this thread. The Genius page and your post are the only things that popped up on Google

In our WIKI backup from 2008 I see that the CD Soundtrack (version 2) info was added there, and the picture (with the text Las Letras del tema musica de LazyTown) was added later in 2010. The info from the old WIKI on GetLazy was transfered to the new WIKI in 2014, but it seems I forgot to add the picture. The Version 2 was later changed to CD2.

If the info is correct? I don't know. I need to set up the old WIKI to take a look who posted the original soundtrack info.

I did not find any post about it here on the forums. Except for an old link posted in one of the topics, only to see in the webarchive. Though it was on an auction website and not reliable.

This is not even the same CD. It claims to have 27 tracks when the Live album has only 13. CD1 is music and "CD2" is actually Videos.

Thanks for the answers! Seems like the general consensus is "who knows!" The track list on that old auction site is different, which just raises further questions... I'll hold off on it for now. Thanks!

It's been a while and I'm not sure if you're still looking for the answers.

I found the front and back of the CD Incluye Todos Los Temas Del Show, including the audio. So it exists. The 13 songs are actually snippets of the songs, not full length songs. The CD has a total playing time of only 3:35 minutes.

Well, dang! I drifted away and kinda forgot about this - cool to see it finally answered! It's really just snippets on the CD? That's so weird. At least that's a mystery solved!

I didn't upload the audio in my latest post, but here it is:

Finally listening to this over a month later, whoops. This is so strange - there's barely enough song there to appreciate, and it's especially odd that the CD itself doesn't indicate that it's just a sampler!

May I ask where you found the audio file? Perhaps it IS just a sampler, and the CD itself has the full tracks? Just want to be absolutely sure before I add this to BGD!

Well the title says that the CD included all the themes of the show, not the full songs.

I found the video in one of the folders on my computer by accident. The video was once uploaded to YouTube in 2009 and I must have downloaded it from there.

I'm very late to the party, but I wanted to add a few stuff in regards of this CD.

The audio you uploaded is indeed from a 2009 YouTube video. this one in specific: CD Lazy Town en Vivo (Show Teatral) - YouTube , The scans also seems to be from the same video. Now, i don't think this is just a sampler, checking the channel that uploaded the video and they uploaded videos for first Latam CD (CD Lazy Town 2 - YouTube) and the instrumentals of The New Album (CD LazyTown The New Album - YouTube) which are also snippets played in some sort of mix together, so it's very likely the channel made the audios and that's not what the contents of the CD actually are. If this is true, then this is a rare CD that must be obtained somewhere since it would be the only one to have the studio versions of The Mine Song and Anything Could Happend in Latin Spanish, as these aren't on the others CDs.

I don't think this is unofficial or a bootleg, considering the LazyTown Entertainment mention on the tracklisting and the use of the LT stock drawings instead of random pictures of the show like most bootlegs used to be back then. I know that there was a live show on Latin America that used the official songs from this dub without paying royalties to the dubbing actors, leading to Stephanie's VA to quit working with the studio (leading to LTExtra having a different actress for her), which I theorize is this one. There are also some logos for the companies involved on the show, so the research may be easier.

Extra but I can mention how ugly is the spanish title for the mine song. It's english equivalent is "It's mine mine mine mine mine mine" when it could have just been "Es Mío" which is the equal to the actual title for the song (It's Mine). Also, I get why people think the title of the CD is "Incluye todos los temas del show!" since they put it on the sides of the paper where album titles usually goes, but this is pretty much just a label saying that it has all the songs used on the show and was not intended to be the title. Whoever designed it clearly didn't knew that much about album design. It feels like saying that a self-titled release is actually titled "Includes their hit songs" because that's what the cover says.
