LazyTown Live appearance at Christmas Light Switch-on in Surrey 2014

Woking Christmas lights are magical spectacle at switch-on

Pantomime stars and a dazzling fireworks display helped make the Christmas lights switch-on in Woking unforgettable.

Hundreds gathered in Jubilee Square for the event on Thursday evening (November 20) which kick-started the festive period.

Performances by LazyTown Live and dancers from Christ's College in Guildford kept the crowds entertained, while Titan the Robot also interacted with families and children.

The festivities culminated with sparkling fireworks which illuminated the skies over Woking Town Centre.

The lights were switched on by Cbeebies' Justin Fletcher, who is appearing in Aladdin at Woking's New Victoria Theatre.

Visitors could also enjoy a special Christmas market in Market Walk, offering local ales, gifts and homewares, handmade goods and a barbecue.

Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.

Best bet is to search on twitter to see if someone tweeted "I performed there" etc, found a close up of Steph

Yeah maybe it's on twitter or facebook. I found a promo video on YT which seems like the same actors.
