Demi is in rehab. She cancelled her tour with the JB brosand others from camp rock in South-America. The story goes that she has an eating disorder and she cuts herself for some time (so I guess we're back to the first picture in this this topic..). Well read the stories.

Demi Lovato out of rehab

Jan 28 (Reuters) - Disney Channel teen star Demi Lovato has finished a three-month stay in rehab but has not yet decided when or whether to return work on her "Sonny With a Chance" TV show.

A source close to Lovato, 18, said the singer and actress returned to Los Angeles earlier this week.

Back in November, she had pulled out of a concert tour and entered a rehab facility to get treatment for what were described as "emotional and physical issues."

Lovato had fought eating disorders, was bullied at school, and had struggled with cutting in the past, her spokeswoman said at the time.

The future of her TV show "Sonny with a Chance", in which Lovato plays a comedy actress, was unclear on Friday.

For now she "will continue to focus first and foremost n her well-being," the source said.

They kept that quiet for 3 months. However, doesn't seem to be for drugs. Probably went in because she felt left out of the rehab crew. You're not considered cool in the industry if you haven't been to rehab at least once.

Demi's motto: "Stay Strong"

After a long time away from the public scene, now Demi comes back, looking more mature, more able to control herself with a strong determination to improve on a personal level.
She has quit (according what I heard) her Disney TV series, dedicating her time and efforts (for now) to the music. I think this change can be good for her.

With some perseverance (I want to believe it), this amazing girl will be a 'Demi with a chance':
