I heard somewhere (I think on TV) that those are marks from her bracelets and that she doesn't cut herself. However it is sort of a fad amongst kids these days which is completely absurd.

I wear gel braclets, and get marks of my Stephanie bracelets in particular. Not dye or anything, they go into you.
