It's so hard to choose, there are so many good songs! But if I could narrow it down to two from both plays:
AL: Íþróttaálfurinn or Solla Stirða
GGIL: Enginn latur í Latabæ or Allt í lagi í Latabæ
I haven't heard much of JII, so I couldn't really name a favorite from that one.

ÁL: I don't really like the first play, but I do enjoy the Solla Stirða song.

GGíL: Allt í lagi í Latabæ, the song at the end. I find it really charismatic.

JíL: Ég á mér ósk definitely, but Jól eftir jól is pretty epic.

Latibær season 1 dubs: Alltaf er leið, Lífið leikur við þig (even just the name of that song, wow) and Geimurinn.

I like Penny Pestella's song, as well as Versti Frantur and Lífið er svo létt. Villains always get the best songs XD

Its not from the original plays but I also really love Dansa Afram Dansa too.
