I tried downsizing and cleaning it up a little, even though there are more experienced photoshoppers who can do a much better job and retain the original size.
For what it's worth, I don't mind images like that being posted. It'd be awesome if they were available on the internets in a not-scanned-from-newspaper level of quality, but posting them here might be the only way we see them. And maybe we can find the high quality version later when we know what to look for.
