It could be something Icelandic, except with some sort of alliteration or lisp.

I think they're made up words, but typed in a way to look like a real paragraph. If the magazine was, lets say on a table in a scene, I think if the words were evenly spaced you would pay too much attention to it, they say (TV wise) if you don't really notice backgrounds that's a job well done.
Also, if it's gibberish, without being racist it could in theory be on screen in any country.
