    Sportacus Fish Scale

The fish procession Sportacus told Jives is
    10 - Raw fish
    8 - Boiled fish
    6 - Fried fish
    4 - Fish stew
    2 - Fish balls
    0 - Fish burger

Is it truly healthy to eat fish right out of the river?

Because I know people eat sushi, but you have to scale and debone fresh fish. And some of the fish you catch are not tasty at all. Personally I like some fish fillets or a nice fish & chips. He only cares how processed it is; maybe taste is important too.

I used to eat Rollmops when I was a kid. It's raw and it's healthy in the way that it has all the ingredients in the original form unlike boiled or fried fish where some fat, proteins and vitamines are destroyed or denatured. That is what Sportacus mean I guess, catch the fish, prepare it and than eat it. The only thing you need to take care of is get rid of harmfull bacteria and parasites, like worms.

It's true, it's a little bit of an awkward piece of advice. It makes more sense when it's sportscandy and delivered by Stephanie and Trixie.

        Yummy!
We also love herring here in Denmark.
Nothing beats a fresh piece of herring on a piece of rye bread with some red onions.

I'm as sneaky as can be. None's sneakier than me.

I ate fishsticks as a kid and they were gross. What number do they get?

Raw fish is only healthy if it's been cleaned in some way, which is why they clean fish used in sushi or Rollmops.
