Any information on Number 8 and Number 9?

I was having a conversation with ********, and she mentioned that apparently Magnus said in an interview that Number 8 was female and in a wheelchair, and that this is apparently 'common knowledge' on tumblr. We were unable to find the interview that he supposedly said this in, and I had my doubts about Magnus even giving out this kind of information as well as the reliability of tumblr.

So does anyone have this clip or know any more of the backstory of Number 9 or Number 8?
