All I remember about the episode is that he told one of the characters that he always goes to bed at 8:08PM.

I know that's not much to go on, but if anyone knows what episode he says this in, that'd be amazing!

Sorry, it's not. I just watched it on Youtube. Ziggy asked Sportacus if he always goes to bed at 8:08 and Sportacus replied Yup!

But I distinctly remember an episode where Sportacus says "I always go to bed at 8:08".

No, but this is something I distinctly remember. He says it towards the end of the episode after they stop Robbie's villanous scheme.
