MY avi version was having some problems, so I used the vob file to make the gif. The result is a little bit of distortion.

Oh :( I love the funny face.

I used Super(free) encoder to convert the vob files from the DVD to AVI(the first one is straight from vob). Then I opened the one of the avi episodes in Virtual Dub(free) and saved the frames I wanted to a predetermined folder. Then I used the frames in animation shop and saved as an optimized gif.

The tag is Cicleys idea of a joke =\ but yeah the quality is amazing. When I get my pc back up and running I'll be able to make them this way too.
