Stephers is an archive of a project from the past, a museum piece from when video footage and other images from the show were hard to get and often in relatively low resolution. Screens were smaller back then too which is why so many of the images look small today - back then they took up a lot more of the screen, and in the case of ytmnds, often had to conform to strict file size limitations.

Surely there are more relevant places you could put them now, like in the forums here, or in a youtube or on Facebook or Discord or whatever the kids use these days. I don't keep up with that stuff. I tried making a Stephers discord and even programmed a Stephbot for it like the one in the IRC #stephers, but better, able to post pictures, but that server melted down pretty quickly and I didn't have much in common with the "We Are Number One" newcomers.

The members of Stephers have blown to the four winds, gone their separate ways, the project is over. I just want to restore the archive to what the site was like at the end.

Anyway Pooky pays the bills around here, not me. There already is a pictures site here, although it doesn't seem to work for me for some reason, though I can see dropdowns for the categories.

Still can't log into my account there and seems my backup account has been shadow banned in the search engine try searching spiritofboredjedi. Never shows up for me when I do the search.

When I was first getting in to LazyTown and was a lot more naive, YTMNDs were how I saw a lot of fan content. I remember seeing the goth Steph and to me at the time it was convincing enough that I didn't question it, and I assumed that it was part of some episode. Mind you, this was also before I had actually watched any LazyTown haha. When I did start watching, I kept wondering when it would pop up, but wouldn't you know it, it never did ;)

I knew that obviously the background was not actually from the show and that there were some edits, but because there were a few other goth stephanie edits out there too, I thought well, it must just be from the show! Robbie drains color from the town, maybe?
