Oh, that BoredJedi. :) Speaking of fallacies, I didn't really see one since it usually involves an argument or some sort. Not the yelling kind! In this case, it's just "You make the claim, you provide the evidence." So the burden of proof is on the person who's making the claim. Usually doing it the other way around takes forever since the other person can make a million "Stodgehill" excuses. Any skepticism is warranted. :)
