Robbie's cake/food collages

I spent about 8 hours the other day cataloging the kinds of cakes Robbie Rotten eats, as well as other foods and occasional interactions with sportscandy, as well as the different kinds of sugar apples. (I don't have every sportscandy interaction as I tried to limit it to when he tastes one or almost does, and didn't do LazyTown Extra but I probably will later.)

The images are REALLY big so I'll just link to them directly. ...I got a little emotional when I saw the final episode reused a cake from season 1 XD Season 3 has the least amount of cake but a high percentage of other foods thanks to the chef episode.

What is it about over the top cartoony foods that make them look scrumptious asf? Everything looks so glossy, and fluffy. I know it's probably plastic or whatever, but... I want to bite it!!!

According to this the cakes were covered in shaving cream, but when he had to eat some it was expired spray cream. Not as yummy as Robbie made it look XD
