                lol you lied, it's from the episode "The Laziest Town"...from season 1 of the series, not LTExtra.
                Note: In LazyTown Extra, I'm pretty sure Sportacus does his exercises in his ship, not outdoors, at the beginning of each episode, in all the episodes, am I right?

                      He exercises indoors and outdoors in LZT extra, he and Pixel take on challenges from kids around the world.
