Thats great! I posted a comment on youtube also but I hope you can eventually incorporate the majority of the lazytown universe into the game over time, (levels that look like the different locations in the show, Rottenella, Lazytown Genie maybe?, the airship possibly.
Maybe even have a secret level involving number 9 or something. who knows. I'm excited to see more. :)

You could use Audacity to record your computer's stereo output.
Audacity is a good program to use here, but recording your stereo output is unnecessary.
You can just import the video clip to Audacity and it will convert to an audio file for you.
It requires a plug-in, but it's easy to install. Just open Audacity and attempt to import a video file. When it tells you that you can't, follow the instructions it gives to get the plug-in. Hooray!
