    LazyTown MEGAMIX instrumental video

Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.

wow so many audio layers… how did you manage to maintain an overview?...I haven’t been able to determine the total count so far, as the tracks are constantly changing...I assume you’re working with at least a dual-monitor setup?

I still love the Bing Bang housbuilders remix btw...was that actually a LazyTown in-house production, and if so, on which CD was it released?...I’ve only found it on the LazyTown SoundCloud page.

There are only 128 tracks or layers so when I got to the last one I had to start a new session. The whole project was divided in 4 sessions. With this remake I used a lot of FL Studio to test the transitions before I put it down in Adobe Audition so I was certain it was good. Sometimes I reduced the amount of track/layers in Audition by making short mix-edits, I did that mostly with the new season 3-4 mix. Still I used a lot of short track-files, besides the song-files and that adds up to the amount of layers used. That is 275 short track-files plus 130 songs for season 1-2, and 225 short track-files and 85 songs for season 3-4.

Dual monitor with Audition on the front monitor and the tracks in Explorer and/or FL Studio on the side monitor.

I believe the Housebuilders version was only on the Bing Bang Promo CD/record. Not sure though. the remix was made by Máni so I thought it was nice to have that in the mix.
