What the H.. why is it that I never saw that one before?
Is there a version without the annoying 20x song underneath?
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.

There maybe a reason. Of the three shorts I uploaded the youtube TOS machine kept kicking the Hide and Seek one. I ended up having to trick the TOS machine with an edit and overlaying the original 20x times time song on it. It is there but very quiet in the background just the instrumental though on the original. Anyone else trying to upload the original clip will end up getting it TOSed. Not sure why could have the same frequency signature of something else and it's confusing the TOS machine.
I also narked the encode a little on the Hide and Seek video. I forgot to set an option so there's this staircasing crap going on in it.

That's not right. You should dispute that, claiming fair use of the video's, the TOS machine obviously made a mistake.
Do you still have the video uploaded to your channel? and what does it say?

I just kept deleting them and starting over trying other options but here's the message I kept getting

Yeah that's not right at all.
Edit: well I got this fixed, the person from youtube said:
The video you posted has failed during processing, and will not be viewable on the YouTube site. It's not a matter of copyright.
So I made an mp4 of the video and it processed without any problem.

Thanks for the heads up. I also fixed my encode and made the video 640x480 to squeeze out the best possible youtube quality for this clip.
Still don't understand that issue though since the other two clips which are from the same source and encode worked fine with no TOS error.
You can catch the redone video in the same link above which I have replaced.
